We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team in Milan . This will be a 6 months fixed term contract (Maternity cover)

What you will do
You will ensure that our Milan office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities
You will oversee office communications ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the office environment
You will manage and coordinate the administration of Italian benefits for example assist with ticket restaurant process
You will be responsible for enabling and organizing office and corporate events, off site meetings as well as being responsible for travel arrangements
You will help ensuring we remain in compliance for all health and safety policies and regulations for the Milan office

What you will bring with you
Experience as an Office coordinator or similar role
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal)
Familiarity with G Suite
Team player with a flexible and resilient attitude
Ability to identify issues and come up with a solution quickly and effectively
Ability to organize multiple tasks effectively and accurately
